Dreamviewer blueprint But what is the DreamViewer, you ask? Well, we are happy to explain. It's a complex piece of medical equipment that we use to visualise results of REM-sleep in adult brains, through the waves it produces. Looking at the blueprints of the DreamViewer below, you will find that it greatly resembles the modern MRI machine, with a hollow cylinder in which the patient can be placed on a stretcher. The inner workings of the DreamViewer use strong magnetic pulses and a mild amount of radiation to procure the brainwaves needed to produce footage, which is a painless and easy procedure, lasting only two hours. After that, it is only a matter of minutes before the footage has been collected and saved into the Dreamscape archive, ready to be analysed.

Pitched by Rikkart Fredrik Kruuda and Svend Kjærgaard in 1973 and financed by Tartu University, development was quick underway, and in 1981 after rigorous testing, tinkering and tweaking, the DreamViewer took its first steps as a tool for greatness.

Wanting to help people with this invention, Kruuda and Kjærgaard founded Dreamscape Inc in 1985, the very company that you're looking at today!
